Here’s our patent-pending process for Altree products:

• Field chip all parts of pine or juniper trees including branches, bark, and needles
• Grind the chipped material to a fine fibrous state at P&M
• Dry and mix the ground material with recycled plastic from milk bottles and performance-enhancing additives
• Blend these materials into a very homogeneous molten mixture
• Tailor the blend to customers’ exact specifications with downstream processing operations

To create a final product that meets your needs, P&M will process flat Altree panels with routing, painting, or natural or reflective sheeting.
